Quality controls

Inspection during production
Each lathe operator inspects the production in progress at regular intervals, according to an internal drawing and on the basis of a defined control plan.

Each control instrument is registered and regularly calibrated.

Zero defect inspection
We have a department devoted to additional automatic controls in order to provide a 100% guarantee of certain predefined parameters or to avoid any foreign parts.

Final inspection
On the basis of samples, our quality control department carries out a final inspection. The data thereby collected can be sent with the parts or kept in-house.
